Hello @Aklapper Thanks for providing the Mediawiki links. Yes, I'm referring to creating a subproject under the Reconciliation project. I wasn't sure to whom I should address this. Thank you for tagging project admin board.

@Aklapper My apologies for the delay in reply. I actually forgot to hit the submit button and this reply stayed in draft until now.

No problem. The only thing that I must point out is that Reconciliation currently has no subprojects. Please see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Phabricator/Project_management#Parent_Projects,_Subprojects_and_Milestones; this means that everyone who is a "member" of Reconciliation will become members of that new project. Is that wanted? (Sorry, it's how Phabricator works.)
