T404607: Suggestions: share feedback after completing/dismissing a suggestion
T417821: Suggestions: Improve the navigation of suggestions across the article
T426062: Suggestions: Create an Empty State to show when completing/declining all suggestions

Keep in mind that we will likely need to address T426191 to prevent Toasts from interfering with the elements mentioned in this task, especially with the navigation of suggestions that will be implemented in T417821.
