This is now mostly completed. We have to deploy Zuul on the continuous integration server, that is tracked with bug 42331.

I have talked about it with Ariel from ops team. I have filled an RT ticket : https://rt.wikimedia.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=3958 we are most probably going to deploy Zuul on Nov 22th, 1pm UTC (aka today).

Zuul has been deployed in production Nov 22th at 1pm UTC. with the help of Ariel. It is running in parallel of Gerrit Trigger Plugin. Nothing is reported in Gerrit yet till the jobs are polished up.
