As a developer using the Wikimedia Mobile repository, I would like to ensure this to be as ready as possible to the AI revolution. IN this task we are going to focus in providing the tangible changes to the site that would support future uses of LLM.

AC:

• Create a set of Rules and Documentations for AI (claude.md)
• Create a set of Skills for AI (eg Unit test and E2E test)
• Provide 1 hour workshop on AI to the team
