It seems that users were wanting to not see the CAPTCHAs that are displayed when editing pages after renaming a file on Wikimedia Commons. They appear to use a userscript, which means that they would need to use the mw.libs.confirmEdit.CaptchaWidget in their script to make it work appropriately.

However, because they make multiple edits on multiple pages it means currently that a hCaptcha widget would be needed for each edit that they make which is likely not reasonable when editing hundreds of pages
