  • Observe lack of displayed Action API

What happens?:

Action API does not appear

What should have happened instead?:

For the above wikibases, the scriptPath is empty, which is a valid case; the action api is then [base_url]/api.php. Somewhere in the logic, an empty string is treated like a null string, and not displayed
