It's likely not even a Citoid issue, but something Zotero would have to fix. I believe issues can be reported at https://github.com/zotero/translators/issues

This looks more like it's of the T310001: Bloomberg is redirecting us to "Are you a robot?" captcha or T210871: Citoid is overwriting editor provided values without notification (was "Bloomberg - Are you a robot?") flavors rather than something for Zotero to fix....

I think the best thing to do is probably to return results from crossref whenever we have a doi - it may be the case then we'll return two results.

I did email Taylor and Francis about the error, and they said there wasn't anything they could do on their end

I've tried this locally and in prod, and I'm not getting the cookie error with my local Zotero instance, which does suggest they're maybe treating us differently?

It is possible/plausible we were triggering some sort of bot detection and either the restriction was automatically taken off (in which case in my experience it could easily end up getting triggered again in the future) or your e-mail actually did something! We can resolve it for now. Feel free to re-open if it happens again because possibly we could contact them again about it.
