Acceptance criteria

1. A shared repository should be created for collaborative development.
2. The LinguaLibre repository should be forked and configured for the project.
3. The repository structure and naming should be evaluated and defined, including whether it should be placed under wikimedia/repos/.
4. The repository should be configured to support code review workflows.
5. The repository should be configured to support CI processes and automatic testing.
   • This doesn't include fixing broken tests, but should run something, e.g. simple linting.
