Background
The Featured Article module highlights one of the best articles on Wikipedia, selected daily by volunteer editors. These are articles that have met Wikipedia's highest quality standards and represent the community's editorial work at its best. Surfacing this prominently in the feed gives readers easy access to high quality, reliable content every day and showcases the depth of work Wikipedia's volunteer community produces.
User Story
As a reader browsing the Community feed, I want to see the featured article of the day, so that I can read one of Wikipedia's highest quality articles and learn something new.
Requirements
- The module should display the title "Featured articles are some of the highest-quality articles on Wikipedia, selected daily by editors"
- The module should display a large hero image, article title, and a truncated article lede
- Save and share actions should be accessible directly on the card via icon buttons
- The three dot more menu should be present on the module per the shared menu behavior

Based on progress at PR https://github.com/wikimedia/wikipedia-ios/pull/5995
Things remaining todo:
The module should display the title "Featured articles are some of the highest-quality articles on Wikipedia, selected daily by editors"
The module should display a large hero image, article title, and a truncated article lede
Save and share actions should be accessible directly on the card via icon buttons
UI needs to be fine-tuned. Ensure it is built with our patterns (WMFFont, WMFLocalizedString). Check layout, iPad, rotation, Voice Over. We also need to add Save / Share actions.
