Description

The 'Contributors' and 'Translators' headings are not translatable on Special:Version/Credits, because they come from the CREDITS file.

It might be best to just pull in the contributors list from that file, and not the headings and link to Translatewiki.net ("Translators on translatewiki.net and others"), then those bits can be added as messages and translated normally.
