https://abstract.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Wikilambda-abstractwiki-sidebar-projectchat/de now exists, but https://abstract.wikipedia.org/view/de/Q319 doesn't use it. Is some {{int:}} magic needed or something?

Probably https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:$wgForceUIMsgAsContentMsg if it is used in the sidebar (is it just me or is the config name backwards?).
