Background
When direct reporting is available for a configured email destination, the form should show the destination email address to the user.
This preserves the existing user choice that existed before direct reporting: users could see the email address and decide whether to contact it directly from their own email client. Showing the destination address in the direct reporting flow allows users to understand where the report is going and, if they prefer, email that address from a separate account instead.
User story
As a user submitting a direct report, I need to see the destination email address before submitting, so that I know where my report is being sent and can choose to contact that address directly if I do not want to use the email address associated with my account.
Task
- Display configured destination email in direct reporting page so the user can use it if they choose to contact it outside the direct reporting form.
