Change #1300826 had a related patch set uploaded (by Damilare Adedoyin; author: Damilare Adedoyin):

This issue was due to Trustly sending an unexpected value for the token to Gravy as such they weren't saved properly, thereby unusable for our purposes. Gravy was only able to fix some transactions that were created within a 30 day window as thats the maximum log they were able to keep.
