[Eng] Stub UI + Data for adjusting new Explore Settings
Closed, ResolvedPublic2 Estimated Story Points

Description

We need to build out some of our new Explore settings flow so that we can test our interest view. Improving UI to match iOS mocks (TBD) will come at a later stage, but for now we can follow the other Settings view patterns (basic lists). Design review will happen at a later stage as a part of a different task.

From the new blank Settings UI created in T427924:

  1. Add UI that matches Android.

Test steps
  1. Turn on the feature flag (dev settings -> enable home)
  2. Make sure you see the settings match the ticket (we have Android as a reference in teh ticket, check the items). The settings don't alter anything at this point
  3. Make sure the toggle positions persist between launches
  4. Make sure the for you tab button works (takes you to the settings screen)
