This is a branch out task of T427229

Background

This ticket is to ensure that both Watchlist and Saved pages are easily recognizable from the header. The current icons are very similar and hard to distinguish at a small size.

The Saved pages icon ("BookmarkList") has been redesigned, and the new icon will soon be released in OOUI. Once the OOUI update is in MediaWiki core, the Saved pages icon should automatically be updated the use the new icon. This task covers checking that that is true, and if not, getting the icon updated.

User story

As a user, I want the Watchlist icon and Saved pages icon to have clearly distinguishable icons in the header so that I can quickly identify and navigate to the correct page without confusion, even when viewing the icons at smaller sizes.

Requirements

The new icon has been designed and updated in design system. We are awaiting an OOUI release. The icon is called BookmarkList.

• Once the new version of OOUI is in MediaWiki core, check that the updated BookmarkList icon is being used in the header for the link to Saved pages.
