The question text is small on the iPad, making it look out of place for the size of the text box. Changing the dynamic text size in device settings seems to have no effect as well. It should probably fill the text area more completely. Testing on 8.2.0 (6078) on an iPad Air 11 inch on iPadOS 26.5
