Upgrade clouddb* hosts to Debian Trixie
Open, Needs TriagePublic

Description

This was going to be done via https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T405296 (refreshes) but I am not sure when/if that's happening at all.
So creating this parent task to handle the upgrade whether upgrading the current hosts or via refreshes if they ever happen.

UPDATE: T405296 was completed, but these clouddb hosts are on bookworm and need to be reimaged:

  • clouddb1022
  • clouddb1023
  • clouddb1024
  • clouddb1025

clouddb[1013-1020] can be ignored as they are going to be decommissioned in T434048: Decommission clouddb1013-clouddb1020.

@fnegri mind doing a reimage with trixie for:

  • clouddb1022
  • clouddb1023
  • clouddb1024
  • clouddb1025

The rest of the hosts have been installed as trixie and the old ones will be decommissioned once I finish T409557

@fnegri can we resume this? Obviously we have hosts that do not need this: clouddb1013-clouddb1020 https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T434048

fnegri moved this task from Backlog to Todos on the tools-platform-team board.

@Marostegui sure, I added the list of the missing ones to the task description.
