Description

As a part of the legal/privacy review for the reading list / saved articles feature, we have received some clarifying questions from the reviewer which requires some technical expertise to answer.

This ticket serves as a placeholder within the sprint to account for the sprint capacity that is dedicated to support the PM in answering these questions accurate. Please reach out to @HFan-WMF directly to provide support in this area! Thank you.
