This task tracks the global rollout of the Email Confirmation Banner to all wikis and all users.
The Email Confirmation Banner has been developed and validated through A/B testing, therefore it is going to be rolled out to all wikis and users with unconfirmed email.
The banner is intended to encourage users to confirm their email address, improving account recovery capabilities, account security, and communication reliability.
