Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. In your browser, Go to https://www.wikifunctions.org/view/en/Z6820
2. In the Try a function pane, click the + to enter a value for Wikidata entity references.
3. In the Select a type box, type exactly the words Wikidata item
4. When it shows up in the drop-down list, select Wikidata item reference
5. In the Select Wikidata item box, type "science" and select any of the results from the drop-down list
6. Click on the Chevron to the left of Item 1

Observed behavior:

• I think you will see a Function call to Fetch Wikidata item, which is incorrect. I see this reliably, when I type exactly the words Wikidata item as indicated above. My browser is Google Chrome. It doesn't matter if you use the word "science" in the 5th step, or some other word; that's just an example.

Expected behavior (Acceptance criteria):

• Since you selected Wikidata item reference in Step 4, the resulting input should be one of those, not a Function call to Fetch Wikidata item.

This happens to me often because of my habit of just entering "Wikidata item". I'm assuming that is a causal factor in this bug, and I believe it's pretty natural for anyone to just enter that much and then look for Wikidata item reference in the drop-down. Unfortunately, when this happens it can be extremely confusing and frustrating, because it leads to an opaque error coming back from the orchestrator. The error behavior should also be improved, but this ticket is about the UI behavior, which I believe should definitely be different.
