There is padding missing between the add statement button and Identifiers section, making the button hard to see between the two sections
In addition, the users are having trouble finding the button - so we make it a primary button in large.

Acceptence Criteria
- The padding between the the add statement button and Identifiers section matches the design (20px, 32px)
- The button is made a primary button (component options)
- and large (component options)
- and it hugs contents inside it instead of stretching to the container
This should help our users find it while scrolling!
