Template:Pipe renders incorrectly in Parsoid (See legacy vs Parsoid )

My initial hypothesis was that this was the PEG tokenizer incorrectly tokenizing "{{{ .. }}}" across newlines and a bunch of code tags and entities, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

First encountered during visual diffs on gotwiki & pawiki on Template:Pipe on those wikis.
