Feature summary (what you would like to be able to do and where):
Requesting a data export from the Connection Team for Event Registration usage, specifically to identify active organizers and communities who could serve as regional "ambassadors" or power users.
Use case(s) (list the steps that you performed to discover that problem, and describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve. Do not describe only a solution):
- The Connection Team confirmed they can pull data by country, wiki (Spanish, Portuguese, etc.), and organizer username.
- I would like a structured dataset containing:
- Organizer username(s)
- GrantID (when/if available, per @GFontenelle_WMF's comment below)
- Event name
- Event date (per Euphemia's request)
- Event topics (per Gio's comment below)
- Country of event (if in person / hybrid)
- Type of event (in-person / hybrid)
- Wiki(s) worked on
- # of attendees (if available)
- # of edits and/or bytes (if available, per Gio's comment below)
- chat group link (if available, per Gio's comment below)
- I can then filter by Wikimedia Region and identify potential power users to highlight as regional ambassadors 🌟.
Benefits (why should this be implemented?):
- Enables identification of active organizers in different regions who could mentor others.
- Helps recognize and empower regional leaders.
- Provides a clearer picture of Event Registration adoption across different regions.
- Supports community growth by showcasing successful use cases.
