As we move towards deploying the new WDQS environment in T422522, we want to walk through some common operations and failure scenarios, so we can be prepared for production. I'm only adding a few here, with the expectation that interested parties will add more below. If any of these operations have already been completed, feel free to update the ticket with that information as well.

• Deploy a new WDQS instance via helm chart deploy and measure the time it takes to initialize the index (more details in this comment) using different storage backends.
