[design QA] Ensure the misalignment of watchstar and save button on navigation above article has been fixed

Description

Background

The recent changes to the watch star button to have label has resulted in misalignment of options, particularly watch star button, in the navigation above article. This ticket is to review and fix those alignment issues.

Issues observed

The following issue with watchstar button is visible on all wiki projects

Design requirements

  • Move the position of watch label and star in alignment with other items as shown in the mock above - this will apply to all wiki projects
  • Fix the alignment of Save icon on Wikipedia as shown in the mock above

This should be fixed now because of https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/skins/Vector/+/1304106 as a quick scoping of the margin-adjustment, though the more-complicated https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/skins/Vector/+/1302936 is going to entirely replace those styles soon anyway, so future QA after that latter patch is merged would make sense.

the current alignment in beta needs to be adjusted as shown below. Watch/Save/Ellipsis all needs to be moved down a pixel

Context from T429633: this was rebroken by the ellipsis patch, and will be fixed by this follow-up which @Jdlrobson is reviewing today.
