Description

As is written in much greater detail in the parent ticket T409059, we want to present users with a list of edits to review that are relevant to their personal interests. To start, we will frame the feed around 'catching up' with edits that you would be interested in. This will be based on data that we already have about the user.

The goal is to personalise the list of edits by displaying edits ...

To pages the user has substantively contributed to recently
To pages the user has on their Watchlist
To pages related to pages the user has substantively contributed to recently

The subtasks of this task track progress towards this goal.

Prioritisation of these edits will be tracked in another task.
