Hi! After reaching out Indigo Publications' team, the access to Intelligence Online is restored, cf. https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikip%C3%A9dia:Le_Bistro/1_ao%C3%BBt_2026#Bonne_nouvelle_d%27ao%C3%BBt.
Talks are still ongoing for Glitz, La Lettre and Africa Intelligence.
The personal library of the users (https://wikipedialibrary.wmflabs.org/users/my_library/) should be updated to show that Intelligence Online is available again.

Hello, this seems incorrect. As of 22/09/2026, Intelligence Online still doesn't work. When I open it with the Wikimedia Library as I always did, I cannot read any paid articles. It would be very cool if Indigo could restore our access, there are article I could ameliorate if I had access to IO, but it's now been 2 months that we cannot access it :/
