@Esanders I believe this will be covered by T427228: [Reading list beta updates] In Minerva toolbar, change "Watch" to "Subscribe" on Talk pages and move Watch to first item in Tools Menu

Vector recently added icons to the tools menu

Note that there was a little confusion. These icons are only meant to shown at low resolutions and were showing my accident. We're still not 100% sure if we want to keep them at all. This part of the UI is evolving rapidly with feedback from the saved pages feature feedback.

I've asked a related question about this in your team Slack channel to help us work out what to do with this in the long term.
