Description
We need a way to show the impact of the Starter Kit: the essential foundational work it helps new and small language wikis do. Metrics are framed by the wiki health & foundation framework: T422571.

Proposed views
1. High-level summary. Headline numbers for the essential work done through the kit and overall reach, based on the framework: wikis using the kit, contributors onboarded, tasks completed, essential articles added, interface messages translated, policy pages added, HotCat installs, articles categorized with HotCat, infoboxes imported, articles given missing infoboxes, and wikis that customized their main page. Scoped to a selectable time window.
2. Contributors onboarded. A drill-down on who the kit brings in: joins over time, the home wiki they came from, and the rights group they belong to (newcomer, autopatrolled, administrator, etc.).
3. Task usage. Which tasks are being used: completions over time, and started vs. completed for each task.
4. Single-wiki view. Look up one wiki by its language code to see its own essential work numbers and progress.
