Hi, I am contributing a patch for T429059 (TestKitchen: Capture experiment phase index in analytics events).

My Gerrit patch is ready (Change 1302171), but I need to update the schemas-event-secondary repository to add the phase_index field.

My GitLab account is currently pending approval. Could you please unlock/approve it so I can submit the schema patch?
