checked in Chrome and FF
all donor badge functionality works as expected, i.e. the initial pop up is displayed, clicking produces animation for delightful option, the badge can be removed via the dialog box etc
new User menu (minerva-user list toggle doesn't have a pointing arrow - will need to re-check the design) and search field work as expected
no conflict between the badge popup and new User logo drop-down. If a user clicks outside the badge popup (i.e. "A little thank you badge..."), the badge popup won't show again.
