isv was added to to names.php of MediaWiki Core with https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/core/+/1249402 and it works already, see https://www.wikidata.beta.wmcloud.org/wiki/Q526807 last 3 entries of the monolingual section.

Nevertheless the patch above is good because it added the English verb of this language, needed for the various functions, i.e. {{#language:isv|en}}

I didn't know it was already tracked in Phabricator (T429939), maybe it was created automatically as per request on Wikidata I added as a non-logged in user before creating this Pabricator request: https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Report_a_technical_problem#Please_add_a_new_language_code:_isv (I was at work and couldn't log in to my Wikimedia account).

Anyway, when will the changes reach the production version of Wikidata? Do you have a roadmap?

This is required for T231755#9990777 and without it it causes bugs described in https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:List_of_Wikipedias#Interslavic_language_English_name_error
