Following the community discussion, let's set the plwiki tagline to celebrate crossing the 1.7M articles mark.

The logo has been deployed; I'll keep the task open to track restoration of normal tagline in 1-2 weeks.

The tagline has been reverted today to the standard one, but thematic files hasn't been removed from the server yet. Let's wait for a few days, in case browsers attempt to load the images from a cached filename.
