Description
Starter Kit dashboard surfaces a curated set of essential tasks for users with extended rights on new and small language wikis. These tasks vary widely in the wiki user rights they require - administrator, interface administrator, translator, etc.
The current task cards don't communicate this information. New users, many of whom are unfamiliar with MediaWiki user groups, may attempt to begin a task only to discover that they lack the necessary rights on the wiki.
Proposal
Add a "Requires" row to each essential task card displaying the wiki user group(s) needed to complete the task. Each permission renders as a chip:
- Prefixed with a 🔒 icon followed by the permission name
- Links out to the Meta-Wiki page for that user group (opens in a new tab)
- Uses a different color (purple) to differentiate from other chips (category, difficulty, tool)
