Wondering if there might be more like this? I'm having trouble searching for them in Civi, but I did notice when filtering by the braintree connection at Gr4vy just now that some transactions don't have a Buyer table.

For example:

• 09b8be53-24b7-4da6-bf7f-6f9f89285e4d - Has a buyer table and is in civi
• 933b9e6f-a22b-4457-8472-6e8e988ce94a - Doesn't have a buyer table in Gr4vy. You can only find the donor's email by searching by the transaction id at Braintree and searching by that email in Civi brings up nothing.
• e3970795-9c33-4b98-92d5-20a43108068d - Ditto no buyer table in Gr4vy and donor's email only seems to appear at braintree. If you search that email in Civi they do have previous donations but this new donation isn't listed.
• c9ed81b5-b2d5-401b-80cf-f230c201729d - This is the example shared above which also doesn't have a buyer table at Gr4vy.

Wondering if lack of buyer table is related?

Also reminded me of https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T409599 where there was a previous issue where we couldn't search at Braintree by donor email. For these with no buyer table it seems like we cannot search by email at Gr4vy.

It looks like we had ~180 since June 28, but none in the last 24h, so maybe Gravy fixed : https://civicrm.wikimedia.org/civicrm/admin/search#/edit/9301
Something strange going on with the query underneath that SK though, it seems to run forever on the last page of results.

Gravy fixed this on June 8th, just finished cleaning up the missing emails.
