T430534 extracted GatewayChooser's gateway selection logic into a standalone GatewayRouter class so it could be reused outside the redirect flow. This ticket covers wiring GatewayRouter into ComboWiki so the gateway is chosen the same way it is for the redirect flow: pulling the relevant routing parameters (country, currency, payment method, payment submethod, recurring, variant) from the request the same way GatewayChooser does, calling GatewayRouter::getSupportedGateways() and chooseGatewayByPriority() to resolve the correct gateway, and using the result to bootstrap that gateway's payment session.
