For the license headers issue - it looks like there's a project called REUSE from free software foundation europe. Which provides a tool to validate that license data is configured correctly on a project.
I'll create a subtask to set that up and validate my setup.

Mobile usability would definitely be nice. However, I don't think the tool currently has any users except for me.
I'm thinking it's probably worth building the tool out some more first and making sure it's helping users before diving in to improve mobile usability. Don't want to spend a ton of time optimizing that and find out the tool's not useful.
I'll put that piece on the backburner for now and close this out.
