Ifeatu, Suzie and Lucy are working with Solenne, Maria & Christoph to make sure the approach we take is aligned with WMF.

Decisions needed:

• Clarification from WMF Collab agreement leadership in writing that the X1 migration should be WIT’s priority from now until December 2026. (Implication: this is our main focus for the next half year and the inputs on the KRs will be less urgent - but still needed)
• If committing the full team to this project for 6 months is undesirable - would WMF be interested in us proposing some ways to divide the work? We have given this some thought and would be happy to provide options for consideration.
