Currently we deploy wdqs-proxy with a naive wikibase:label rewrite to SPARQL implementation. We know the current implementation is not exhaustive, but it was useful to help up test early on in past quarters.

Before onboarding starts, we should disable this code path and remove unnecessary rewrite automation (which we plan to support in dedicated tooling).

AC:

• Query rewrite logic has been removed from wdqs-proxy.
• forwarded_query event telemetry field is not populated,
• Query rewrite code path is disabled. Queries containing wikibase:label will fail on qlever.
