Description

I think there is something wrong with Phabricator's handling of plural syntax conversion:
https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=Phabricator:arcanist-core-b12ff992ed597dfc/en&action=edit has

<paths = {{PLURAL:$1|$1>}}

The source has

$desc .= ' '.pht('<paths = %s>', phutil_count($data['paths']));

I am pretty sure the > should be outside of the plural syntax.
