Context

Article Guidance flow in Italian wiki was deployed and currently when trying to search for a title, it won't return any wikidata results.

This issue was happening right after the flow was deployed for a few hours, then it went away (worked as expected for a day) and today it seems to be back.

Why this is important

We've got a meeting with the Italian wiki community to show them the outline creation process and we're planning to use the IT instance. but if this issue persist, we'll have to use Test Wiki or Simple English.

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Go to https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speciale:NewArticle
• Type in any title (Rome, Maria, Europe)
• Wait for the workflow to return wikidata results

What happens?:

The tool does no return any results, it shows loading state and then stops.

What should have happened instead?:

Wikidata results that match the search should appear.
