Description

Please drop the users_to_rename table from centralauth at your leisure. No hurry as it's already been obsolete on our deployment for about a decade; https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/CentralAuth/+/1309300 finally dropped the code referencing it.
