The TemplateWizard extension should be not limited to just desktop. It should appear on especially (the toolbar of) mobile web's VisualEditor.

I really wanna insert a template. To do so, I have to manually code it into the mobile web's source editor. However, I have to also memorize a template's name, parameters, etc.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):

This feature task should benefit especially mobile users, including ones using smartphones.
