Description

Register the Suggested Edits Module with PersonalDashboard so that it can be rendered on Special:Homepage through PersonalDashboard instead of the current system.

Acceptance Criteria

Module configured to use PersonalDashboard in line with the documentation instructions.
No fallback to placeholder and no stale/incorrect content shown.
Module displays on Special:Homepage via PersonalDashboard correctly on Patch demo.
