Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

Navigate to an article and start editing (I tested on test.wiki)
Tap next
View the preview, tap next
On the save changes screen, tap the white area repeatedly in different areas

What happens?:
The save changes screen dismisses and the edit is not published

What should have happened instead?:
The save changes screen should not dismiss

Software version (on Special:Version page; skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):
Tested on 8.2.2 (6098)
Tested on:
iPhone 16, iOS 26.4.2
iPhone XS, iOS 26.2.1
iPad Air 11 inch, iPadOS 26.3.1
