The stated quota increase is to make room for an identical VM to the main one we use now, which is of special flavour g4.cores24.ram122.disk20. This is separate from the Cinder volumes. Indeed we are not planning to duplicate those (they are ~5.4 TB in total).

Just to double-check... your initial request includes a request for another 14TB of volume storage. Is that just a typo?

Wasn't a typo, just me being dumb and confusing volume storage with the quota for disk space of VMs. I guess there is no dedicated quota for disk space.

I'll note we really only have this week to work on the migration (assuming July 31 is a hard deadline), so I'm hoping this can be serviced ASAP.

Here are some previous tasks that should be the same or very similar: T336685, T295818. I've verified the g4.cores24.ram122.disk20 flavour is already available to us in Horizon, so we just need the temporary quota increase.
