Watching a page doesn't work using the keyboard shortcut in Firefox

Description

When I use the keyboard shortcut in Firefox (Alt+Shift+W), watching the website doesn't work on various wikis. It works on Wikipedia, but not on Wiktionary or Wikidata.

Indeed, when I use the shortcut in Firefox, it focuses the element, but it doesn't trigger the action. I now observe the same on Wikipedia and Wikidata, indicating it's probably a Regression in the most recent version.
