Wikidata link and In Other Projects sidebar is missing on Wikidata client wikis

Description

Recently (July 16th or 15th) the sidebar links to Wikidata as well as the other projects have vanished from the right-hand sidebar of Wikipedia and co. They should be brought back.

One additional side effect is that the Alt-Shift-G keyboard shortcut, which one could use to quickly navigate from any Wikipedia page to the corresponding Wikidata page, no longer works (as the link to which it's assigned is missing).
