Experimental sign up not parsing error message correctly on the English Wikipedia

After submitting data to http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:UserLogin&type=signup&returnto=Wikipedia:Sandbox via the UI (in Safari), I got an error message. It's attached. It shows that the error message isn't being parsed properly.
