https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Mirrors seems to still claim mirrors.wikimedia.org is still existing. According to T416707: Sunsetting mirrors.wikimedia.org, it is no longer supposed to be a thing, which means we should (somehow) archive the documentation.

I've stumbled upon this when debugging "Could not resolve 'mirrors.wikimedia.org'" in a service build log.
